Frequently Asked Questions
Where are your shirts made?
All 777 Synchronicity Co. shirts are printed on-demand and fulfilled by Printify with U.S.-based print partners. Each shirt is made just for you when you order. We carry three shirt styles:
- Bella+Canvas 3001 Unisex — 100% Airlume combed & ring-spun cotton, soft retail fit, sizes S–2XL
- Comfort Colors 1717 — 100% ring-spun cotton, garment-dyed heavyweight, sizes S–XL
- Gildan 64000L Women’s — 100% ring-spun cotton, fitted women’s cut, sizes S–XL

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination — typically 7–21 business days. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
What sizes do you carry?
Our unisex styles (Bella+Canvas 3001) are available in sizes S–2XL. Women’s and Comfort Colors styles are available in S–XL. See the Sizing & Care accordion on each product page for exact measurements specific to that shirt style.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. See our full Refund Policy.
The color looks slightly different than on screen — is that normal?
Yes. Screen colors vary by monitor, and fabric dye results can differ slightly from digital previews. We use high-quality direct-to-garment printing for vibrant, lasting color — but minor variation is normal and not considered a defect.
How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash inside-out in cold water. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the print. Proper care extends the life of your design.
I entered the wrong address — can I change it?
Contact us immediately at support@777synchronicity.com. Once an order has entered production (usually within 24 hours), we cannot guarantee address changes.
My order never arrived — what do I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists, email us and we will investigate and make it right.
Do you have a spiritual meaning behind your designs?
Yes — 777 Synchronicity Co. is rooted in the belief that what you wear is a statement of who you are. Our designs draw from angel numbers, sacred geometry, universal symbols, and niche pride. Each design is created with intention.
