Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Manufacturing & Defect Claims
We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we want to make it right.
To qualify for a claim, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
What Is Covered
- Print defects (fading, misalignment, incomplete print)
- Fabric damage or manufacturing flaws
- Items damaged in transit
What Is Not Covered
- Incorrect size selected at checkout
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Minor natural variation in print color (expected with made-to-order production)
- Claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery confirmation
Digital Products
All digital products (readings, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a concern, please contact us before purchasing.
