Refund & Replacement Policy

Every item in our shop is made to order, just for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.

Manufacturing & Defect Claims

We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, we want to make it right.

To qualify for a claim, you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

What Is Covered

  • Print defects (fading, misalignment, incomplete print)
  • Fabric damage or manufacturing flaws
  • Items damaged in transit

What Is Not Covered

  • Incorrect size selected at checkout
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Minor natural variation in print color (expected with made-to-order production)
  • Claims submitted more than 72 hours after delivery confirmation

Digital Products

All digital products (readings, PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a concern, please contact us before purchasing.
